Would you believe that today has been so productive, busy, and fun that I almost forgot to write a blog entry! 😜

I painted cabinets at our guest house before work. Got in a full day of doing hair, and then went and purchased an outfit (to wear to the festival) and attended the Smokey Hill River Festival with my hubby after work!😉

In reflection.. one of the highlights of my day was a visit with my dear friend, Kay!! She is the sweetest person, whom I never hear complain. She loves big and is so very down to earth! Her biggest achievements include a strong marriage and three amazing, accomplished adult kids! She is another darling person I aspire to be more like! Kay is so kind and knows how to extract the good from life! I am honored to be her hairdresser!! She battles some health stuff and I honestly can’t ever remember exactly what it is. I’ve asked before. If I remember right it was induced from a respiratory medicine had taken for quite some time. She never says a word about her challenges~ unless.. of course.. I ask! She is a bright shining light in my life!✨ She agreed to take a quick selfie with me and I hope she’s fine with me writing about her and sharing!

Nonetheless.. I feel very fortunate to have so many of the best people sit in front of me! It has been said, we attract like-minded people! That is the best feeling ever! This makes my heart happier than one could ever imagine! 🤍🤟 .. so here’s to all those that make my light shine bright and remind me what life is all about!!
