Time is relative; its only worth depends upon what we do as it is passing… as Albert Einstein says!

Currently I am waiting out a situation.. to let it simmer down. What I do know is, WORDS MATTER! When navigating being a parent to adult kids it can be so challenging! We must let them work through things in their own way.

I do feel like I have the ability to influence others. It just feels ugly when someone acts ugly! We can show others by leading by example.. how they handle themselves is up to them! I know I’ve handle myself differently than I wish.. especially during some emotional moments! It’s all a process!

Time can be considered a gift or a thief. I truly believe it’s all a gift! We must embrace each moment.. each day!

I myself, love to live life through a celebratory manner! I work hard to keep my eye on the good! I hate to wait things out when I want it fixed right away! I do agree with our therapist, after being in a talk therapy session that sometimes you have to wait for the other person to work through their own stuff. Two weeks of no contact has felt longer than I want to let that take place. I guess I am human too and have navigated certain things slowly too.

What I am getting at is that self-care and reflection take time. I will always believe that we must do what we can live with. At this point, a message to our adult child to say what I think is probably going to happen.

Life is so precious and working through things is always the goal! We can’t decide how others interpret things. All we can do is give it our best and try to forget the rest!

Healing takes time! Growing, learning, experiences all take time! Things can come unraveled when least expected and it will feel like the worst timing. We must focus on the good! And if you are like me, pray a lot!

In closing.. I want to leave off with a favorite verse, Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven…”

I am rooting for all those waiting out and working through anything hard! I do believe~ time heals all things!
