Landon, you’re our wild, middle, and definitely strong-willed child. Truly, it’s something your Dad and I have come to admire.
Yesterday (10-23-24) was eye-opening day… you had to have another surgery~ from being what I call accident prone! I believe in my heart this injury will get you focused and in the soon-to-be parent zone!
I know you and Madilynn have lots of decisions ahead of you as first time parents. I hope you know we’ve definitely given our all to guide you and your siblings through all the hard moments.
I trust your intuition and believe in my heart that you will do your best to navigate all the obstacles that are put in front of you! Find your calm, be slow to anger, trust your gut, knowing the good Lord has a plan too!
I am praying for recovery of your broken hand.. and for you to be able to manage with your work of cutting hair. This is a moment that’s eye opening and causes some scare. Nonetheless, I know you will persevere!
Landon, when one door closes>> like not being able to run the marathon you were training for. Another door is opening.. allowing you to focus on your fiancé, Madilynn and your baby that’s coming more!!
As you know making decisions for a child will have a lasting impact. Taking yourself out of yourself and seeing from different perspectives will definitely help!
We are over-the-top excited for this journey of watching you parent and being grandparents! I am believing in my mom heart that you will not be doing anything you shouldn’t!
In five years of sobriety in you kids’ behalf… your Dad and I plan to continue living with no regrets!
Prior to that decision some things were blurry! I hope your choice to steer in the right direction will for sure be hurried!
There’s no doubt there is always residue left on our loved ones by the way we handle ourselves. I also know it helps us to make the best choices we can and always find our strength!
Our capacity as humans is often pushed beyond measure. Hopefully the core memories made in life are ones to be treasured!
Challenging times tap every resource we have available – mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and relational. Learning in ways that foster healing, reconciliation and wellness stretch our limitations!!
What I am getting at is>> we are rooting and praying for you.. and we want you to take this time-out to clear your head. We believe in you and know that the good that will come from your current circumstance can be widespread!
Stay Rosy.. LOVE YOU MORE,
Amber-mom🤍🤟
