If there’s one phrase that captured the spirit of the National Association of REALTORS® Conference, it’s this one: “Rise the tide that all your ships are on.”

This Wednesday was full of ideas, inspiration, and connection — not just about real estate, but about leadership, creativity, and personal growth. From learning about video storytelling, to the power of relationship-based marketing, to hearing new ways REALTORS® are using social media to build Know, Like, and Trust — I came home energized and full of vision.

But the biggest takeaway wasn’t just professional — it was personal. I had the chance to ride with and truly get to know my colleague Erika from SalinaHomes. Sometimes you meet people who just click — who remind you that we’re not meant to do this journey alone. Between long drives, shared laughs, and deep conversations, I realized I’ve made a lifelong friend.

This trip reminded me that success in real estate — and in life — is built on relationships. On the stories we tell, the trust we build, and the authenticity we bring. I’m grateful for the people in this industry who lift others as they climb, and for the community we’re creating right here in Salina.

I’m also incredibly excited for what The Klassen Group has underway, where we’re headed next, and all that I’m bringing back from the conference — new ideas, systems, and energy to pour into our clients and our community.

So here’s to learning, connecting, growing — and always raising the tide together. 🌅
