Lately, I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to believe the world is heavy.
Turn on the news for five minutes and you’ll see it—division, fear, heartbreak, uncertainty. It can make you feel like everything is falling apart… like goodness is harder to find than it used to be.
But then… I step outside 🌿
I hear the birds before I even see them 🐦
I notice how the wind moves through the trees 🌬️🌳
I catch a glimpse of something small and simple—flowers blooming 🌸, bees working 🐝, the way the light hits just right in the evening 🌅—and I’m reminded…
There is still so much beauty here 🤍
And not just in nature—but in people, too.
In the way a family shows up for one another 🏡
In the quiet strength of someone choosing to keep going 💪
In the conversations that matter 💬
In the homes we build, the tables we gather around, the life we create behind closed doors 🍽️✨
It makes me realize something that feels really important:
What we focus on… grows 🌱
If I spend all my time consuming the chaos, I start to believe chaos is all there is.
But when I slow down… when I pay attention to the good… when I intentionally look for it…
I see it everywhere 👀✨
And maybe that’s the invitation.
Not to ignore reality—but to choose where we rest our attention 🤍
To not let the loudest voices define what we believe about the world 🔇
To stay grounded in what is true, steady, and life-giving ✨
For me, that’s been:
time outside on our land 🌾 working with my hands, creating something meaningful 🛠️🤍 being with my people 👨👩👧👦 helping others find a place to call home 🏡✨ remembering how far we’ve come 🙏
Because the truth is…
This life? It is a wild ride 🎢
But it’s also beautiful—deeply, quietly, overwhelmingly beautiful—if we’re willing to see it 🌿🤍
So today, I’m choosing that.
I’m choosing to step outside 🌿
To breathe it in 🌬️
To notice the good ✨
To believe in it 🤍
And maybe, just maybe…
that’s how we change the world—one perspective at a time 🌎✨
Stay Rosy,
Amber 🤍🤟
