Choose Happiness, worry less! We must embrace challenge on our journey with an open heart, because through every challenge strength forms!

This morning my husband said, “worrying is like paying on a debt that may never come due!” such a great quote!

We have had our beautiful home on the market for a week today and it sounds like it is officially sold! We have an offer coming in that we don’t want to pass up!

When we woke this morning there seemed to be a heaviness.. about how long it may take to get our home sold. Knowing we really want to be in the new-to-us house before Christmas!

At 11am we had a showing. This individual put in an offer within a short duration of the showing. We had started our work day and it was awesome to get more than one offer coming through!

My thought is that the good Lord always has a plan. I am excited to be on to the next adventure. We weren’t even looking for a new home yet and this one jumped at us! We enjoy renovating and are good at it! Can’t wait to put a fun touch on our new place!

It can be a bit stressful during the home buying and selling process. I have been determined to stay happy and calm. I mean.. really.. what else can you do to make it a smooth process?! The only other thing I can think of is- PRAY!❤️
