Gifts

Gifts show appreciation and intentionality! My heart is forever full from sweet gifts, momentos and thoughtful pieces that have been gifted to me throughout the years! The season of gifting and receiving is underway! I feel the love from my clients! Some bring tangible gifts, some bring an uplifted spirit during the holidays .. I notice others are leaving a bit extra in tips if they are able.♥️

I truly believe this is why Christmas is my favorite season! As I unpack Christmas decor, I am reminded of each person’s love.. whomever gifted me different items! Not to mention, I love decorating and design! What better time to use these skills?!

The meaning behind this love language~ goes beyond the physical gift itself.

When someone gives a gift, they are expressing their love through thoughtfulness and intentionality. They are taking the time to consider what the recipient would truly appreciate and enjoy. It’s not about the cost of the gift, but rather the effort and thought put into choosing it. The gift becomes a symbol of the love and care that the giver has for the recipient.

For those who speak the love language of gifts, the act of giving and receiving is symbolic of the relationship itself. It’s a tangible expression of the connection and love shared between two people.

The gift becomes a way to express emotions that might be difficult to put into words, and a way to commemorate special occasions and milestones.

Furthermore, the act of receiving a gift can also be meaningful for those who speak this love language. It’s not about being materialistic, it’s more-so about feeling loved.

I do order some on-the-go size hairsprays (a staple for most women) that are a perfect purse size to gift clients. I love the people in my network BIG! They give me purpose and we get to share life experiences! If it were in my means I would do even more for my clients!

Yesterday I felt warm and loved when two clients in a row brought me gifts! The decadent chocolates will make me think of Gwen, as the melt in my mouth! The adorable porcelain Christmas tree (that lights up) from Mrs. Deanna Dreiling .. will be a forever favorite! I have it on my nightstand for now>> to enjoy its added touch of ambiance this Christmas season.🎄✨

I am so THANKFUL, always remembering to live a life of gratitude! I encourage everyone to love others the best way they know how! Remembering that everyone’s love language is different. If others are anything like me, they are so overjoyed when someone brings them a gift, it truly doesn’t matter what it is! It feels so sweet to be on the receiving end, if you let it.

My advice is to not be overwhelmed by what you think expectations are. I honestly have brought the smallest of gifts to Christmas celebrations- it warms my heart to see others enjoy them! I bring flavored chapsticks, candy canes and lottery tickets for my nieces, nephews and extended family!😜 When our budget didn’t allow for extras, I made homemade gifts! Let the cheerfulness in the air carry you! And remember, Jesus is the reason for the season! ✝️

Stay Rosy, Amber 🤍🤟
