If you know me, you know I’m a little “bragalicious.” 😄 I love sharing our family, our clients, and the work we get to do—not just to celebrate the big wins, but to hold onto the beautiful everyday moments and stay closely connected with the people we serve at The Klassen Group.

While Johnny and I were away on vacation at the end of June, a client happened to see on social media that Keith was holding down the fort. She reached out directly to him to schedule a countryside showing, and he stepped in with ease, took wonderful care of everything, and kept things moving seamlessly. Before we had even made it back into the country, a contract was already in motion.

Last night, we had the joy of meeting this sweet family for their final walk-through. Afterward, we surprised them with a closing gift basket—soft, cozy blankets for their three kiddos. Their oldest son lit up and said, “I can’t wait to see what you get us tomorrow!” and honestly, it completely melted our hearts.

On the drive home, Johnny and I couldn’t stop smiling. While I was out shopping for their gifts earlier, I had spotted something I knew the kids would love—bubble guns—but I didn’t grab them at the time. After seeing how excited and easy-going the parents were, we just knew we had to go back and get them. We couldn’t stop feeling that joy!

And in that moment, it also made us smile thinking about how he had already started to associate us with little surprises and gifts along the way—cookies when they went under contract, cozy blankets at closing, and now expecting something fun again the next day when we’d be giving his parents the keys. Now it’s become this sweet thread of joy woven through their home-buying journey.

This morning at closing, we handed over the keys to their beautiful new home and the bubble guns for them to give their kiddos at just the right, magical moment.

This experience is such a perfect reflection of why we built The Klassen Group. Our clients are never relying on just one agent—they’re supported by a full, caring team that ensures they are always looked after, even when someone is out of town or taking a well-deserved break.
